공해박사는 혼자서는 아무것도 할 수 없어서 비밀 실험실에서 깡패가스를 만들었어요. 깡패가스는 어디든지 갈 수 있어요. 어딘가 틈이 보이면 그 틈새로 슬며시 미끄러져 들어와요. 친구들의 방으로도 들어오지요. 깡패가스의 무기는 손가락에서 뿜어 나오는 번갯불과 사람들을 아프게 하는 강력한 냄새랍니다. 깡패가스가 하나 하트를 붙잡았어요! 고그린맨의 구출작전! 고그린맨은 자연과 과학으로 만든 무기들만 가지고 깡패가스와 싸웁니다. 깡패가스는 바람 에너지를 무서워하는데, 유일하게 깡패가스를 무찌를 수 있거든요. 바로 깡패가스를 날려버리는 거죠! 고그린맨은 예쁜이 하나를 구해 냅니다.
