고그린맨이 페트롤 시티에는 엄청나게 많은 전력이 필요하고, 폴틱알이 (공해 연료인) 페트로-가소놀로 돌아가는 발전소 건설 계획을 제안서에 숨겼다는 것을 알아 냈어요. 그런 발전소는 초록마을을 오염시키고, 아름다운 자연도 훼손하고 말 거예요. 고그린맨은 퓨전스타인 교수를 찾아갔어요. 퓨전스타인 교수는 태양열 영사기에 대해 말했어요. 초록마을에 밤이 오면, 지구 반대편에 있는 태양빛이 인공위성 거울에 비쳐 다른 인공위성 거울로 반사되어 초록마을 위 하늘에까지 도착하는 거지요. 이 때, 반짝이는 빛 속에는 메시지가 들어 있어요.
